What is the Return Policy for When I Purchase Products from a Listed Business?
Each business has their own return policy, which Vibbs does not dictate. However, if you find yourself running into issues with a business after you have reached out to them, please reach out to [email protected] and we will assist in anyway that we can.
Where I find the Vibbs App?
The Vibbs app can be found on the App Store and Google Play Store. Depending on your device, you can find the Vibbs app and download from there!
What should I do if my submission has been rejected
There are many reasons that could result in a submission to be rejected. Please reach out to our support for further assistance.
Will every listing be approved?
Unfortunately, not every listing will be approved. We will review the listing to ensure that it is in line with our guidelines.
Is there a fee to sell products
yes, currently there is a 6% admin fee applied at checkout
How to sign up on VIBBS
To register for an account you must use a pc/laptop or download our app. We are able to provide the best user experience using either of the 2 methods.
(Business Sign up) – Register for an account by clicking on ‘register’ on the login page. You will have the ability to add listings after registering
(Customer only sign up) – To register as a customer only click ‘register as a customer only’ and you will have access to view and manage order history.
